Mary Theresa Tringale or M-T to her close friends is an accountability, success, and money mindset coach. She helps people rediscover who they really are and what they truly want out of life, and be unapologetic about it. She speaks about mindfulness, spirituality, accountability, mindset, habits, money, and everything in between.
Before she pivoted into her coaching career, M-T had extensive work in media, events, and marketing. Her transformation was a result of her relentless attitude of rising into the occasion and the will to be in control during the most difficult moments before her father passed away.
Having found her true enlightenment and discovering her spiritual connection with life has been her foundation to being the powerful coach who helps people get accountable for having the right habits and mindset.
She works one-on-one with clients and oversees her signature programs, the Aligned & Empowered Project and the Money Magnet Accelerator. The Aligned and Empowered Project (AEP) was borne out of her own lived experience and total life transformation that began in May 2019. It is a group coaching program designed to transform people’s lives by mastering their mindset, implementing consistent habits, and holding them accountable to their word - so they can lead the life of their dreams.
This project brings together the key elements that helped M-T reach true alignment and clarity for the person she wanted to be in life - and now, along with her coaching team of experts, the AEP helps women have similar breakthroughs and transformations that create a ripple effect unlike any other.
